Our Story

“Tomorrow, we start this project.”

In October 2026, after an earthquake drill at school in California, a seven-year-old boy became curious about earthquakes and earthquake early warning systems. He began wondering whether he could build a machine to warn people before strong shaking arrived.

One evening he told his father, seriously: “Tomorrow, we start this project.” He knew what he wanted to explore, but not how to start a project. His father proposed creating a project folder and gradually recording ideas, questions, research, experiments, discoveries, and progress.

Earthquake Guardian is the result: both an engineering learning journey and a record of a father learning how to guide a child through a real project.
